Before contacting us about housing opportunities, learn about expectations for Higher Ground residents! If you think you would like to become a Higher Ground resident, send us a short bio introducing yourself or if interested in the housing offered below please contact them directly.
Listings below may have particular requirements, but generally we encourage these three steps to apply:

House to Rent (3 weeks)
Hello HG neighbors!! The Masons are headed to Italy for 3 weeks, August 3 to 21. We are looking to rent our house for a reasonable amount for the “right” people. Do you have any friends or families that are interested? Our house is 2 bedrooms and a huge loft. 3 BR, High ceilings, fully furnished. Apartment to Rent (4 weeks)
Hi neighbors, I will be gone at the end of May through the end of June (dates still solidifying) and would like to find someone to rent my little studio out to for $825 and who could possibly water my plant babies once a week. It’s a cozy 500-600 sq ft studio that includes a kitchenette, full bath, and washer/dryer. A single person is preferred with no kids or pets. Comes furnished with an optional part-time cat.
